As a User/Member on the TradeX Platform, you are bound by our cancellation and refund policy, which should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Rulebook.
Any event hosted on the TradeX Platform may be canceled by the Company at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:
This list is not exhaustive, and the Company may add other instances for event cancellation. In case of cancellation, all participants will receive a refund of the amounts traded on the canceled event.
Each user/member has a payment wallet with two components: "Bonus Cash" and "Real Cash". Refunds are transferred to both components based on the original investment.
No refund is initiated if an event is completed and the bid matched.
Erroneous settlements are reversed immediately.
Users can refer disputes to the Company’s Grievance Redressal Officer within 24 hours. The Company aims to resolve issues within 15 working days. Notices can be sent via registered mail or email to support@tradexapp.co.
Refunds are limited to the amount invested, and TradeX is not liable for incidental or consequential losses due to event cancellation.
The Company reserves the right to modify the policy and update it on the TradeX Platform.
This policy is governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in New Delhi courts.
Post-event settlement, winnings are deposited in the TradeX wallet. Bonus Cash is used for event participation and is non-withdrawable but can be used to earn withdrawable profits.
