Dormant Accounts Issue

For security reasons, TradeX reserves the rights to disable any account that is dormant and hasn't been accessed for a period of more than 1 year.

However, if you want to revive your old account and start using TradeX again, you can reactivate your TradeX account anytime after it has been disabled after 1 year of inactivity by dropping a mail to mail@tradexapp.co and providing the correct account ownership information.
