How do I know whether my bids are fulfilled or not?

You can check the status of your bid on any event, ongoing or closed, under the portfolio section. On clicking the portfolio tab, you can see the list of Events you have placed bids on. Here you can check the status of the bid. You can also, navigate to the closed markets tab to see the history of your trades on closed events.
