Why Can't I Trade Despite Having a Balance?
If you're looking at your account balance and see funds available but are unable to trade, it's likely that the majority of those funds are in your Promo Cash Wallet. Remember, Promo Cash is primarily for promotional offers and isn't directly usable for trading. Only the Deposits and Earnings Wallets are directly accessible for trading activities.
TradeX Wallet Structure Explained:
Deposits Wallet: This is the primary wallet where your recharges and sign-up offers are stored. When you add funds to your TradeX account, they are placed here. This wallet is the primary source of funds when you initiate a trade.
Earnings Wallet: When you make successful trades and earn profits, those earnings are stored in this wallet. For instance, if you place a bet of 50 Credits and win 60 Credits, the entire 60 Credits will be added to your Earnings Wallet. This wallet can also be used to fund your trades.
Promo Cash Wallet: This wallet contains promotional offers, such as coupon codes. It's important to note that funds in this wallet are not directly usable for trading. However, if you incur a loss during trading, a small portion (currently 1% of the total loss amount) from the Promo Cash Wallet will be transferred to your Deposits Wallet.
What Should You Do?
Check Wallet Distribution: First, verify the distribution of your funds across the three wallets. Ensure that you have adequate funds in either the Deposits or Earnings Wallets to initiate a trade.
Promo Cash Utilization: While Promo Cash isn't directly usable for trades, remember that a portion of it can be transferred to your Deposits Wallet if you experience a loss in trading. This can help cushion some of your losses.
Update & Contact Support: Ensure that you're using the latest version of the TradeX app. Sometimes, technical glitches can be resolved by simply updating the app. If the issue persists, it's best to contact TradeX's customer support support@tradexapp.co for a more detailed resolution.
While the Promo Cash Wallet provides additional benefits, it is essential to understand its limitations in the trading context. Always keep an eye on your Deposits and Earnings Wallets, as they are the primary sources for your trading activities.
