Though the event is cancelled, why is the money not getting reflected in my wallet?
In case of an event cancellation, all money invested (along with the trading commission) in the event will be refunded to the user’s wallet within 24 hours of the cancellation. In case the issue still persists, do write to us at mail@tradexapp.co with your name, mobile no, and the event details.
