Why am I not being able to withdraw my wallet balance?

In case you're unable to withdraw your wallet balance, please check for the following:
  1. Your KYC process might be pending. You need to complete the KYC process to withdraw the amount
  2. Your Bank Account number might not have been updated. Request you to cross-verify the details.
  3. You might have tried to withdraw less/more amount than the permissible limit. you can check your limit in your app.
  4. If none of the above seem to be the reason, please write to mail@tradexapp.co or raise a ticket.
