If your withdrawal money is not credited to your bank account, don't worry.
Although we process more than 25000 withdrawal requests every day. It takes between upto 24 hours to credit your withdrawals to your bank accounts. The delay is usually due to 3 main reasons:
- the bank is taking time to verify the source;
- your bank's servers are busy;
- an overload of withdrawal requests on our servers.
Due to this, some users face delays despite instant withdrawal systems in place. Usually in situations like this, we suggest waiting for 24 hours after processing your withdrawal to check.
